In most clinics, practitioners work side by side but rarely together. At Evolve, collaboration is part of how we operate every day. Evolve Integrated Health is located at 3667 Strawberry Hill St. #220 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our clinic features modern treatment rooms, a fully equipped rehabilitation gym, and a welcoming reception area — all designed to support your care from assessment through recovery.
Free parking is available for all patients.
