Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed for most of our services. You can book directly through our online portal or by calling the clinic. If you are unsure which service is right for you, several of our practitioners offer free consultations.
Do you direct bill insurance?
Yes. We offer direct billing for most major insurance providers including Blue Cross, Greenshield, Sun Life Financial, Manulife, and Canada Life. If you have questions about your specific plan, call us before your first visit and we will help you sort it out.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What should I expect at my first visit?
Your first appointment will include a thorough assessment so your practitioner can understand your condition, goals, and history. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area being treated. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete any intake forms.
Is parking available?
Yes — free parking is available on-site at 3667 Strawberry Hill St.
Do you offer virtual appointments?
