About Me

Dr. Gavin Quigley is a chiropractor with a strong interest in movement, sport, and evidence-informed care. Born and raised in Halifax, he completed his undergraduate degree at Acadia University before continuing his chiropractic education at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).

A lifelong athlete — lacrosse and Olympic weightlifting in particular — Dr. Gavin enjoys working with people who want to stay active and resilient in their day-to-day lives. Whether that means recovering from an injury, building capacity, or simply moving through the day without thinking about it, he values a patient-centred approach and builds care around what you actually want to get back to.

Outside the clinic, Gavin spends time with friends and family, reads, and hangs out with his dog, Tilley.

Approach & Philosophy

Dr. Gavin takes a patient-centered, evidence-informed approach to chiropractic care. He values open communication and takes time to understand each patient’s individual goals before building a treatment plan together. His approach draws on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education — techniques grounded in current evidence and tailored to the person in front of him.

Treatments Offered

Manual Therapy

Hands-on adjustment and mobilization to restore joint function, reduce pain, and improve range of motion. Dr. Gavin tailors his manual approach to each patient’s presentation and comfort level.

Exercise Prescription

Targeted exercises to support recovery, build functional strength, and help patients move with confidence. Dr. Gavin emphasizes exercises that are practical and relevant to each patient’s activities and goals.

Patient Education

Dr. Gavin believes that helping patients understand their condition leads to better outcomes. He takes time to explain what he is finding and why, and gives patients tools they can use between sessions.
