How We Treat

The assessment is conducted by our multidisciplinary team, combining clinical expertise across physiotherapy, chiropractic, and fitness.

InBody 570 Composition Analysis

Medical-grade bioelectrical impedance provides a detailed breakdown of your body composition — far beyond basic weight or BMI. Results include lean mass by segment, visceral fat rating, and total body water.

VO₂ Max Testing

Using the VO₂ Master Pro analyzer, we measure your maximal aerobic capacity — one of the strongest predictors of long-term health outcomes and a key training metric for athletes.

Performance and Strength Testing

Vertical jump, grip strength, and push-up endurance tests assess your functional power and muscular capacity relative to clinical norms for your age and sex.

Movement and Balance Screening

Flexibility and single-leg balance assessments identify asymmetries and movement restrictions that may increase injury risk or affect daily function.

Your Personalized Report

At the end of your session, you’ll receive a comprehensive written report benchmarking your results against population norms. Your practitioner will walk you through findings and discuss next steps — whether that’s a training plan, a referral, or a follow-up service.
