Submaximal VO₂ Max Test: 12-minute treadmill test, suited for beginners or those for whom intense exertion is not recommended
VO₂ Master Test: Suited for athletes or those with an exercise history
Why: Having an excellent VO₂ max score relates to a 5 fold reduction in all cause mortality (dying of any cause).

How: A simple test on a non invasive scale that measures your bodyfat % along with how much muscle and fat you have

When booking online choose “Health & Fitness Assessment 90 min" from any Chiropractor, Physiotherapist or Athletic Therapist.  Be sure to check with your insruance company as some plans may cover a portion of this assesment for you!

We recommend a quarterly test for those just beginning their journey and an annual test for more intermediate and advanced friends (though you may want to test your weaknesses quarterly).
