Why complete the Evolve Integrated Health Fitness & Health Assessment?

We have created this assessment based on a few factors:

-15 years of experience in the fitness industry and training over 10,000 individuals
-The lack of tracking of data related to your overall progress that a typical gym is able to offer

Many people only associate their success based on what happens with the number on the scale.  If the number doesn’t change to their liking, you think the program isn’t working.  In reality, if you are regularly exercising, eating more nutrient dense foods, and working on your sleep and your stress management then you are adding not only years to your life….but quality years.

The problem with most fitness and health programs is that you aren’t able to monitor much more than the number on the scale.  With our assessment, we will be able to give you your current measures on many more data points and help you with a plan to make massive progress toward your goals and ensure that the rest of your life is the best of your life.

What Does The Assessment Measure?

Here is an outline of what we will be measuring. We recommend a quarterly test for those just beginning their journey and an annual test for more intermediate and advanced friends (though you may want to test your weaknesses quarterly)
