Haley completed her Degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology at Illinois State University, where she played 4 years of NCAA Division I soccer. Then, she acquired her Degree in Chiropractics at Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, in Toronto.
Born and raised in Fall River, NS, Haley grew up playing competitive hockey, soccer, and ringette. As an athlete, she found great success in remediating injuries and strains with chiropractic care to keep her performing at her best. Her love for sports evolved into a passion for understanding the human body in terms of optimal performance and recovery. Chiropractic care combined these interests and was the perfect route for her.
She understands that each patient has unique needs, aspirations, and outcomes in chiropractic medicine. She always begins with a thorough assessment, to then create an individualized treatment plan that suits the goals and lifestyle of each patient. Haley’s treatments may include a variety of manipulations, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation exercises, patient education, and acupuncture. These techniques, in conjunction with other services the clinic offers, can help reduce pain, improve function, and reduce the likelihood of re-aggravation.
Outside of the clinic, Haley likes to stay active for her own health and wellness. She enjoys soccer, weightlifting, and running. She is also an avid dog lover and will take any opportunity to talk about her Australian cattle dog, Axel. So don’t be shy to ask about him or tell her about your pets!
