Holden is a Registered Massage Therapist with a strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation and clinical assessments. His approach to massage therapy combines clinical knowledge with a practical understanding of how the body moves for treatments tailored to each individuals needs. Whether it is treating an injury, relieving daily tension or supporting overall wellness, Holden is excited to help. Treatment styles include moderate to deep pressure massage, cupping therapy and myofascial approaches.
Originally from just outside Vancouver, British Columbia Holden played Major Junior and University hockey across Canada, where he finally settled down in Halifax before becoming a RMT. When away from the clinic you can find him on the golf course or most importantly spending time with his wife and son. Holden also works for Neutral Zone Hockey, where he heads Nova Scotia’s QMJHL scouting department and travels around North America.
